Will This Be Our Year? 2020/21

Sabri and the players back today for preparations for the new season. Already with 3 more additions

Will Watson be there?

Any more signings this week?

Sure photos will be shown later of them training and at least not as hot as it was last week.

We go again, will this be our year?

One would think they would have announced watson by now surely.

The way we finished the 2nd of the season I'm not confident at all.

Too early to say. We don't know how our squad is going to look in 4 weeks time.

If Sabri's got his way over the recruitment (seems to have), he'll be wanting Watson to stay for sure. Is the delay because they've now gone back to Watson with an improved offer?

Well Watson is out of contract so I would imagine that he is mulling over several offers.

we've looked shiter and shitter as the year has gone on in a totally sh1t year of increasing large faeces clogging up the crapper

regarding the thread title ... we need some new, quality, exciting bog roll strategy

i need help, prove to me what the strategy is .. we gonna flush this goddam mess out of our system? or flush the system to get us out the mess??

It's down to recruitment.

We need more legs in front of Watson and more running and skill in CM if he stays.  He was great last season.

Useful to have, even on the bench.  I'd like to keep.  But we need more dynamism in CM.

IS Colback the direct replacement?  If so, Watson's on the bench.

Midfield was average without Sow in the side last year.

It's an area that needs great intention by recruitment.

Meant to take a wander round Wollaton Park today, but got distracted. Will they still do the traditional running there do we think? Or having squealed about it last summer (leading to MON sack) is that now a thing of the past?

I haven't seen any photos of Watson unless I have missed them.

Normally they have loads of pics or vids of them running on the first day back but this time nothing.....are they hiding something? Players in on trial they don’t want us to see, or players missing they don’t want us to know about?

Probably both. Lyle Taylor following Jacob Murphy is a bit of an oddity. Its either a complete coincidence or he was sitting next to him in the changing room after training!
