4.5 years!

Good that we're tying down one of our best players for the long term. Just hope it doesn't bite us like similar deals for Blackstock and Majewski did.

Just hope the weight of negotiating this new deal is the reason he's dropped right off since his stellar performance at Villa Park.

Meaning, now he's sorted his future out, he can get back up to the standards that he's set himself.

Good move by the club.

Both Lolley and Appiah now tied down to long term deals.

The world's gone made if a player can be purchased for £500k and sold for £13m just 18 months later.

Great news and we win either way.

The other thing is although we could cash in I doubt Joe would have signed unless he is happy and settled here.

A bit of positive news - really thought he`d be off and maybe he still will be but it helps Forest also if he does.

Fantastic, some good news happening

Lolley the jewel in the crown of AK's signings

Colback is an excellent player if he could be permanent it would help psychologically

I guess it will be the 2 big fellas Waggy and Millo at CB on Saturday and Millo was a free and on 18 months

The pitch black and gloom and now a few glimmers of light

I think onward and upwards now

Good news, hopefully he’ll now get back to his unplayable best on the pitch

I think this is a great bit of business.

We need to be careful how we manage him on such a long contract, he’s been kicked a lot in some games this season. I remember Will Buckley having a similar effect at this level and being destined for good things but he never really recovered from that one season where he was subjected to similar treatment.
