Wonder if we'll throw Delap straight in, presuming he signs today or tomorrow?

At least Liverpool are in transition themselves too - may hopefully be a good time to play them.

But Liverpool will be thinking this is an ideal game for them - a home game against a team in transition who's lost the first two games and look poor.

I'm thinking this has the potential to be a bit of a drubbing for us, unless Glasner operates some kind of Nuno tactic for these top 6 side away games.

So now Delap is done will we be bold and throw him straight in? Haven't heard anything about MGW fitness so will assume for now he's out. If so who plays as the deeper forward alongside Jesus?

Wonder how fit Delap is? Has he played any pre-season games? I know he got bombed out - Anyone know?

I would throw him in with a view to an early sub, he's going to need to get minutes quickly, so may as well start now.

Was reported he'd been training, just not with the main group.

MGW and Yates back for tomorrow but Sangare out with a calf injury.

Sangare is a huge blow, we have nothing in midfield now.

That midfield does look weak, who do you pick? I think Schlager and McAtee together gets totally bullied, hope he doesn’t go with that.
Dont shout at me but it’s another reason not to play his preferred formation and stick another body in midfield.

Yates and Dominguez? Stronger but no creativity there. But then the number 10s are for that I guess.
