I dont think there is anything else on here, where we can report where ex- players for the Reds are now and what they are doing.
I'll start........
Tendai Darikwa scored the winner on his debut for Lincoln City yesterday.

Good player I liked him.
Pity he picked up that serious injury when he did.

I liked him too! My lad managed to get hold of one of his match shirts for me (complete with the poppy on the chest), i think he wore it against Ipswich back in the day)

Good thread Tricks.
One I noticed a few weeks back was Alex Iacovitti for St Mirren currently 1 game away from Europa Conference league qualification.
Does Omar Richards belong in this thread?

Bored or going slightly mad just looked up a couple of our less auspicious former players intrigued to see if they actually made a living out of football.
Adama Diakhaby went back to France and did very little but then signed for the mighty Qarabag who are the Azerbaijan equivalent of Celtic in that they win their title every year. At least he gets to play Europa league football and he got 5 goals for them last year.
Nicolao Dimitru seems to have finally ended his commendable ambition to play for Italy and has found clubs in Korea, Romania, Israel, Thailand, Malaysia. Just last week he rocked up to sign a contract for PSS Sleman who hail from Java. In terms of a random career thats got to be hard to top.

The ball must have hit him and gone in off his arse.
Diakhaby is my all time worst ever player I've seen play for us.

All five goals were him trying to control the ball but knocking it too far.

I can't believe Muric has made a living out of the game.

Wonder what Sammy Ameobi's doing now? He signed for Boro after us I believe but hardly played due to injury.
Transfermarkt says he's without a club. I hope not, I always thought he had a bit of something.

Looked him up.
Sammy is indeed an odd one and slightly sad, he never actually kicked a ball for Boro. His last competitive game of any sort as a player was our 3-1 win over QPR in April 2021.
It was never disclosed what his issue was but rumoured knee injury, he certainly seems to have retired from the game age 29. The only thing I could find on him know was that he was touring schools speaking about his faith.
Great shame he was fun to watch, quite an odd clumsy style of play but effective and entertaining, scored a few cracking goals.
