Had more sporting directors this season than away wins.. grim, it's all happened quickly, here's to a new tenure, can feel he will spend alot of time on the academy and bring in new staff for it.. can also feel he will bring in Ralph to go along with it and build the model they had at saints

We’ve paid a six figure compensation fee to rangers for him too

Some advise Ross. Rent, don’t buy.

My mate reckons he has come in with the intention of getting the best possible prices for all the out going players in the summer when the relegation happens !
I told him don’t you know we are staying up
Come on you mighty Reds

Bet you he goes for Craig Mulholland as Academy Director.

Academy letting Brazil go? Ridiculous.
Looks like new broom time across the club- feel for Ross as fans will blame him for so much in the next 6 months.

If Gary Brazil is allowed to leave without a fight I think that's a very very short sighted move. I can not figure out how we are at this stage. Is it money? Ambition? Personality clashes? Reidy moving up faster? Personal reasons? Very very odd.
If he's asking for silly payrise, then negotiate until agreement is reached.
