This is a must win.

If anyone thinks otherwise I respectfully disagree.

Not just for our sake but for dragging down one of the teams that are starting to look like one of the teams we have the most chance to overtake.

It really is.

A draw is not going to be of much help.

Wolves is a really difficult opponent. They'll be motivated by their loss to Leeds, their sendings off in that game and their feeling of injustice after their defeat to us in the league cup (not being awarded a pen). I can see them turning us over. Lose that game and its curtains for sure. Doesn't bear thinking about.

We simply have to win this game there can be no other outcome.

After Wolves just 4 of our remaining 10 games are at home and 2 of those 4 are against Manchester United and Arsenal.

You don't need me to tell you how shit our away form is.

We have to win this game especially after only picking up one point against West Ham and Everton recently.

Yep, they're the facts Sniff. I bet most of the people spouting we should stick with the manger, we have the best fans and who cite our good home record haven't actually taken the time to look up our fixtures. Looks to me like our season will depend in beating either Man Utd or Arsenal and getting an away win at Palace.

I'm pretty sure we have another thread where we've analysed our fixtures in detail!

I do agree this game is very important, a win would swing the %s back in our favour (and importantly bring Wolves right into it), a loss and the % of relegation would increase a lot. No pressure!

Wolves are going to be out for revenge in this one following their cup defeat.

Need to make sure we are up for a battle.
Here we go.....

I agree.

I think this one will be quite 'tasty' in terms of challenges going in etc, from both sides. I think MGW will be heavily targeted and wouldn't be surprised to see him injured by the end of the game.

Oh yeah that was that stuff with MGW at the end wasn't there.

Hopefully the MGW factor fires us (and him) up and we use to inspire ourselves to a win!
