Not sure why but I am starting to get p*ssed off with the "experts" who make a living out of spouting utter guff and not showing Forest any respect!
Chris Sutton is a prime example. In his latest column on the BBC he has written "At the start of the season, i didn't think Nottingham Forest, would go down but right now they are bang in trouble".
For god's sake! Look at where we have come from! Look at the improvements from after the Festa game onwards! The side is gelling and we have found a way to get points. Give us some credit.
As Keegan said, I would LOVE IT, when we shove these words down the pundit doom-mungers out there!!!!
Rant over. COYR and Happy Xmas to all Reds out there.

Sutton predicts us to lose every week. Pretty sure he did call us to go down start of the season too.
Anyway much prefer us to stay under the radar and underdogs. It worked for us last season too, people were calling us out until late into the season, not realising we were actually quite good until we had spanked media darlings like West Brom. They can keep call us shit IMO.

I guess you are right Salv but it just winds me up! We are an EPL side this season and deserve the respect for it. We have 23 games left this season and I would love to shove it up the pundits by staying up! I firmly believe we will be an EPL side next season.

Chris Sutton was born in Nottingham and supported us as a kid, his big hero was John Robertson, all he spouts both in the press and on the radio is to obtain a reaction, good guy in reality!

I agree with him in a way because I didn't think we would go down either before the start of the season and at present we do find ourselves in trouble.
However he and I could put it in a different way by saying that in the last 5 matches leading up to the break Forest were really finding their feet and showing signs that they will still be a PL team again next season.

When you look at it objectively we are in trouble. However, what gives me hope is Newcastle last year. Also when I was even questioning the manager and players - the club put their faith in Steve and since we have been on an upward trajectory. Two tough games incoming but hope we can stick it to a few now. Would love Lingard to have a blinder and score on Tuesday

We are one win from 14th place and everything to play for. We know our goal difference is realistically 1 point less but we are on the up.

Lets see.
We were on the up before the break there is no doubt about that.
The question now is can we pick up where we left off?
Hopefully we can.

I am happy for them to keep writing us off I am sure it fires Steve and the boys up when they read it.

Waiting for the self-obsessed clown Tony Cascarino to eat his hat, seeing as he said he'd do so if Cooper was still with us at Christmas.
Hope he chokes on it.

Sutton predicted us to lose again this weekend although that is not surprising.
