Agree with a lot of what you say Pap. For me, screw the rest of the football world - their opinions do not matter. This is about the NOW and should be dealt with now. In hindsight, Nuno should have gone in the summer and Ange had some of that time to work with the players.....it didn't happen, move on. It is not working with Ange, Dyche is the practical option and available...

In a season where everyone is going more pragmatic and set-pieces led, its just not the time for Ange.

Right now we have got a problem, we could find ourselves in and amongst a proper relegation battle if we are not careful with Ange.
That is the biggest fear right now, would we be in that battle come March if we appoint Dyche? Absolutely not in my view, will it be pretty? Absolutely not but this season is starting to look like a survival one with the competitive nature of all of the promoted sides. One we cannot afford to grt dragged into. Dyche is not the style i want to see but right now its substance over style for me unless we are happy with another ride in the championship. Having a philosophy of out-scoring your opponents will never work in the Premier League, where the good teams don't concede and you do.

It's a yes from me. He is the only guy that can come in and make the place feel good again whilst also making us hard to beat.

Realistically we will need 10 points at least to qualify for the next phase of the Europa League. Will this be possible?..i am not sure under Ange. Dyche would be more pragmatic and play to our strengths but be practical. I feel he would value every point

Don’t ignore the positive effect having Steve Stone and Ian Woan back at the City Ground will have on the crowd. Two much respected players. I would love to hear the Steve Stone chants again.

I feel he would value every point 3 wins from 6 4 of the games we play are against 4 of the 6 teams in the Europa League with the highest odds - Malmo, Graz, Utrecht, Ferencvaros. Crikey if we can’t win 3 from 6 then we are really poor !
