Ange
I never thought I’d say this but Dyche with Woan and Stone keeps us up.
That’s all that matters now.

Literally like when McLaren came in here. So obviously the wrong manager. It’s just dross, easy to say the players should look at themselves but when the exact same goal happens 3 times on the trot across 2 games then that is coaching. It’s hard to even watch

You don't just tear up what worked. Always believed that the best managers built from the back. Nuno had us playing to our strengths and that was based on solid foundations. Now we can't defend. We need to go back to basics. Solid shape, hard to break down and then evolve from that. It ain't always pretty but having to score 3 or 4 goals every game just to get a point is just not a strategy for long term success

Agree, Its like the defence have stopped doing what they are good at. The communication doesn’t seem to be there, Sels doesn’t look confident it just seems so off. Injuries don’t help and thats on summer recruitment but we have to make the best of what we have.
Under Nuno everyone knew their role and exactly what to do when we didn’t have the ball, we seem to have lost that.

Unfortunately with AngePostaNoClue we will end up bring relegated and how long will it take us to get promoted again

Well he always wins a trophy in that second season

Gary Megson would not have lost last night to that team with those players.

So having slept on it.

We look OK going forward but nowhere near as deadly as we did last season hitting on the break. Defensively we are a shambles and we need to score 3 times to draw a game right now and that’s affecting confidence across the team.
Injuries have affected us but we had the opportunity to sign quality cover in the summer. We didn’t choosing to spend over £70m on a couple of forwards who have yet to start a game.
Therefore we need to be organised at the back to cover our clear limitations there and I don’t see that happening with the current manager.

We had the best opportunity for decades this season and it’s heartbreaking to see it being flushed down the toilet which I think explains some of the anger. As I keep repeating this is not just some entitled newbies with half and half scarves, its people Ive known for years.
For that reason sorry Im Ange out before things go from bad to worse.

When we lost Aina under Nuno things went downhill straight away.

And what about those dreadful games against Leicester, Brentford, Everton and West Ham? Under Nuno we were on a downward spiral and he wanted to go anyway.

Ange has lost Aina and Murillo. He’s got to integrate 13 new players without a preseason.

We’ve had free kicks that weren’t free kicks go against us and lead to goals.

And we’ve not been given free kicks that have led to goals.

We’ve missed chances up front and switched off at the back. That’s the players.

As fans we’ve not given him a chance. We created an atmosphere that helped the team in previous years, but now it’s becoming the polar opposite. And now we’ve been on TV in Europe singing to sack our own manager.

It might be a bit of a S**t show on the pitch, but it’s most definitely one in the stands and on SoMe.

Spot on.

Every word.

Some of it but not every word.
We look a shambles at the back, communication is gone, nobody knows what they are doing, Sels and Milenkovic who lets be honest have played way above the level they were when we bought them have reverted to type.
You can’t put all of that on individuals, its down to coaching, the instructions they are given, clarity on role.

I think the biggest disappointment for me is that a new manager won’t get an easier run than Swansea, Burnley, Sunderland and Midtjylland. Yes, he had no pre-season and the promoted clubs might be better than last season, but we should have been winning all those games. I’m really struggling to see where a result is coming from in the next few games. How long can we afford to give Ange time?

Re the defence etc, we was starting to less assured from March last season. The solid foundations had eroded a little earlier than Ange's appointment, but it has certain escalated a fair amount. The way we're conceding now reminds of the season Nuno took over from Cooper where we just kept conceding from set plays over and over.
