Bad news for Soudani and for the club.

The poor lad as never been able to get going yet.

Hopefully his luck will change soon.

In January we need to strengthen, no doubt about that ... on all fronts...in some more then others ...
Players that dont have a future here, might aswell go in January and free up wages money for players that will be expected to play a major part in our bid for promotion...

Yeah, he's had a rotten run of luck with injuries. He looked a real livewire coming on as sub earlier in the season.

SR, you will probably remember that at the time I was really excited by the signing of Soudani, Of all the signings we were making in the summer this was the one that I really wanted to get over the line.

I am convinced that there is much more to come from this lad but he needs to get fit, get a run of games in the side and find the back of the net a few times. I am looking forward to that happening some time soon...

Bit of a shame, because as a sub, he's come on and mixed it up.  Just our luck, he comes to Forest and gets injuries.

The only consolation is that the injury list hasn't been as bad as in recent times.

But I'd argue Forest have fitter, quality players...but the major thing?

A deeper squad so players don't get burnt out then injured then played when they are not fully recovered. The squad rotation has made a significant different to the injury list overall, I feel.

I am hoping he will be back in March for the last 2-3 months of the seaon, same with Byram.

Let's hope so. Nasty little injuries to Soudani and Byram.

Knees. Very delicate things in the scheme of things and when they start to go wrong you certainly feel it...and for footballers...career threatening.

Hope they're back by early Spring.

That said, Forest aren't doing as bad for injuries as they have in some time.

They've suffered injury jinxes when pushing for the top 6 under Billy and for other managers since.

Maybe changing the medical personnel at Forest has made a difference?

Recovery is a big thing when you push your body to the edge, performance wise as a sports person.

It's the best season we have had injury wise for years, long may it continue.

Yes, long may it continue, hope we aren't tempting fate.
Remember when people were suggesting it might be the Pitch.
