Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager
What time doe the pre match press conference usually take place? This would obviously be a good indication of whether it was true or not

I would hope Hughton won’t resign just when reinforcements in the form of Garner are about to appear on the horizon. A midfielder who can pass a ball can make a massive difference to the team.

That may well be the case, but only if the manager allows the team to attack and go for the kill, and not park the bus if we go a goal up.

And only if we start defending properly again.

46 league matches, an entire season's worth. 1.13 points per game. There's no defence for that.

Yeah, but don't you need a keeper who doesn't make mistakes?  A LB?  CHs?  A RB?  :O

I'm not gonna try and defend the manager, just simply that I wouldn't expect much else from someone else with this team.

Please don't tell me he's asking our players to pass it out of play consistently. This is a bad team right now and hopefully everyone can at least see that now.

This first 11 would go down with prime Fergie in charge.

If we do change manager I really hope everyone realises survival is all we can hope for currently. Let's hope things change next week in the window

Fans way overestimate the impact the manager has, aside from a small handful of managers the majority have little impact. Its the quality of players that matters and right now (and for a long time) we've had a really poor side.

Well said- this team is poor. We had one right back last year with 4 left backs. Now we have 4 right backs and 1 left back that the fans can’t stand. Our midfield has been a weak point for eons. Centre half we have. 3 good ones and 2 are injured.
I also have worries that if we do go for a different approach there are a very limited set of players here to put it into practice.
We have needed a target man for eons - what have we been playing at?
