I dont accept this shite about a draw being a fair result. They looked good first half because we dropped off and conceded possession and made them play in front of us. When we eventually opened up it was men against boys. We made them look like amateurs.
We've blown it big time tonight.

I can`t understand why Blackett was brought on for Freeman when we were on top, surely Lolley or Ameobi would have caused them more problems, cant help but think that he cocked up with that decision.

A stack of cones would have offered as much as Freeman on the whole.

I thought that last night we made Derby look poor. They were slow and lethargic and had appeared to have no pride or passion for the most part of the game, then get their goal totally against the run of play, after an error by Figs. We were by far the better team on the night and with a bit more venom in our final third, would've won that game comfortably.
Once again, errors at the back and a lack of cutting edge up top has cost us yet more points, on the back of a solid performance

Can`t complain too much on result - we were the better team but didn`t make their keeper work enough ultimately. Loved the pile on for Garners goal. More to do to be safe but looking pretty solid now.

Happy with a point and even happier with 7 points in 6 days. Felt sorry for Figs who part from his error was really good yesterday and has been very good recently too.
We are not far off being a really good side. What worries me slightly is that 3 members of our starting 11 will be going back to their parent clubs at the end of the season. If we could somehow get Garner, krovinovic and Knockaert back then I really fancy our chances next season.

Actually out of the starting line up then not only Garner, Knockeart, and krovinovc but Christie, Freeman (who was poor again) Murray and Riberio either loans are finishing or contract is up. 7 players!!
On the bench, Ameobi and sow out of contract. So a lot of players in the squad will need replacing. That could be a great thing.
My issue last night was CH subs, or lack of them. Blackett seems to be his go to sub to hold game but that backfired, a lolly or Ameobi coming on might have put derby on back foot. But happy with a point

Tbf the Blackett sub worked well the last few games defending leads. Also, wasn't really anything to do with him the goal. In fact Blackett even made a good run and put in a good cross. The handball not being spotted is still most frustrating for me.
Also, if you want to talk about subs then the fact I was watching for a sub for Freeman early probably doesn't make him look good. If ameobi is back then surely Freeman will fade back into the background. Cant see why he's playing ahead lolley/mighten though. Not even our own player (unless we have a fee agreed or something)

Yes I know that Widdow but I was talking about the ones we should be keeping. In my opinion we need to do some tweaking in the positions you mentioned. I don't want to keep the whole team together, we can do better in certain positions but getting Garner, krovinovic and Knockaert back would be a massive bonus for us.

God, I hope not.
The unfortunate fact is the sheep were on the back foot and a nothing ball that should have been easily dealt with wasn't.
Even if Ronaldo had come on instead of Blackett it would still have happened. I actually feel like Blackett looks after the ball better than Freeman, even in attacking 3rd.

Freeman has proved he can rip up this league. The only way to get him 100% match fit and back to what he has proved he is capable of is by playing him. Ameobi has been injured, Lolley has issues that require managing. I presume that is the thinking behind it.

Why does someone have to be to blame? It was just one of those things. A couple of unfortunate bounces, a mile outside the box, a handball and the lad knocks it in from 25 yards. Shit happens, no one need slaughtering.
