Alot of the comments are incredibly childish, they are currently all knocking one out as Rooney referred to us as "Notts" Forest. This always makes me smile as far from getting upset about it i think it just goes to show the ignorance of the person using it - if you are a professional broadcaster and can't get a teams name right you need to have a look at yourself.
If you are a professional broadcaster and deliberately getting a teams name wrong in the name of "Banter" you also need to have a look at yourself.
Radio Nottingham always come across professional in this respect, particularly with the fairness of the commentary.
Surprisingly witty from Rooney though, thought it was quite funny.

It's amazing though how the forum is much busier when we lose or when we sign a so called S**t player or something.

Exactly, if anything we need some over the top optimism/unrealistic predictions to balance it out a bit. Plus otherwise people will start thinking PSS is weird for going it alone... :D

I think all banter should be encouraged. Im enjoying a bit this week with clients and work associates. There's not a lot to enjoy in the country at the moment but the banter is at least making me smile a bit.

I did enjoy the arguments, although he was prone to ruin it by being too aggressive or insulting you if you disagreed with his often niche viewpoint!

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he hadn't done it deliberately. Seems to be a Scouse thing. Loads of them still call us Notts Forest, I just think that's what they call us without meaning to antagonise us.

Honestly it's never ever bothered me being called Notts Forest. At the end of the day everybody knows that Notts is an abbreviation for Nottingham.
