Yeah. Cafu is getting better there.
Some good partnerships developing.
I wonder if that is partly to how Chris trains the thirds as separate units at times. The Ch, the Cm...seem far more focused.

Excellent solid victory today. 2 cracking ameobi goals. McKenna and Joe are a fantastic partnership and will only get better.
Really could do with another win against boro now and get those points on the board.

Lol Sow has had a great game, what are you on about.
Sow had a good game but out of him and yates, yates was better today , but neither one of them can make a cross field pass that was on nearly every time they got on the ball , cafu tried it to times and everyone of them where awful both watson and silva could play that pass last season .
Both were very good today. Sow is definitely good enough in this league. Him and Yates are a force to be reckoned with. It's out wide where we have struggled, but today all our wide lads had a big impact.
Personally I wouldn't sign anyone in this transfer window. Keep letting CH work with what he has.
Understand the sentiment, but I don't think we have the right squad balance yet. Beating Millwall at home is good, but not *that* impressive given they have won only once in 15. I think the squad is short of a #8, #9, and #10 (although Knockaert may play there if Mighten keeps up this form).
However, I do concede that Hughton has got enough to keep us out of trouble this season.
Agree on selling Lolley -- he looks to be in the kind of slump that players need to move club to escape. I don't think Hughton trusts him to contribute consistently.
I agree 100% about the balance of the squad, hence why I said to ship a few out. However, I don't believe the January window is the time to address incoming transfers.
Totally disagree re Lolley, I believe he will come good again. Very unusual debilitating condition that a rest and pre season will hopefully sort out. The lads stats for last two full seasons should make us a bit more forgiving of this seasons output. It's still better or same as Knockeart for instance.

To be fair to Lolley and Ameobi. They've been thrashed for the last season.
Wingers burn out pretty quick on a crammed fixture schedule. Especially if you don't have the squad depth to rotate. This year's squad development with Knocker and Mighten means we can be more sparing re: Lolley and Roate the wingers according to form and fitness.
Same with the no.10 role. Forest are clearly looking at 8, 9 and 10 positions.
They do need more guile, service and goals. If Forest can go out and get a better player that gives different or technically superior skills in that 10 position. If not. They won't.

Agree Sniffer. One or two people who just pop up to say how shit we are seem to have gone missing.
Always a bit difficult to know if we were good or Millwall were poor but its good to get a comprehensive win. Good alround performance, one thing I noted was thought Christie did very good defensively, put himself about, won some big headers when they were bombarding us at the end.

One thing that struck me yesterday was our discipline plus the fact that we didn't give away daft free kicks around our box which Millwall can be very dangerous from.

The corner Yates scored from was also a rehearsed set piece as the ball was delivered in that low near post area several times. CH obviously thought it a way to do something with corners by bypassing their aerial advantage. More evidence of CH's influence begining to pay dividends.
