I remembe when he signed that he was tipped for great things.
Been injured pretty much since he came.

Think he is now back training

Seen a post in the Post about Brennan Johnson and if CH was considering bringing him back here in January.

I personally hope we let Lincoln use him until the end of the season and let him continue his development with the Imps. I certainly wouldn't want us to shit on Lincoln again, like we did last season with Tyler Walker and hardly used him once he was back here. We will get a bad name with other clubs if we continue to do that with our youngsters and sides will not want to take on our loanees, costing our better academy players the chance to develop further in the lower leagues.

yeh, i think Lincoln is a great gig for Brennan, seems really well run club, it's working out really well for Jorge Grant as well though i guess we sold Jorge, but he's there top scorer and top shooter .. he scored a scorcher in the FA cup, i think i'd like a video of his goals

Thanks. I didn't realise that.

Full-time: Coventry City Under 23s 1-2 Nottingham Forest Under 23s.

A penalty from Julian Larsson and a second-half strike from Ateef Konate gives The Reds all three points.

Larrson is fit again.

And Konate scored again- seems like someone might have spotted a talent?

I went to the game; it was supposed to be behind closed doors but a public footpath runs right through their Academy.

Coventry had a fairly experienced side out if the local paper is anything to go by.

It was one way traffic for most of the game with the Coventry keeper pulling off save after save; they had a bright spell early in the second half and again when we went down to 10 men.

Interesting to see Reid setting up the side exactly like the first team; the two main differences being we defend with a much higher line and the football is more free flowing.

We have some very good players coming through; the two scorers look particularly good as did Barnes and Dekal Daks (until he got sent off) in midfield; Riley Harbottle will probably be the next one to make the break through, after he has had a spell out on loan.

The coaching staff near where I was stood spoke very highly of him.

Riley was very highly thought of when he was 16/17
Had an horrendous time with injuries over last 2 years that has really hampered his development

James Clarridge (16yrs old) is the CB they think will go to the top.
Mansfield lad, but rated as a top prospect in the Country.

A Portuguese lad played in Central Defence with Harbottle; he is a seriously big unit.

I shudder to think what he will be like when he fills out

I did nit manage to catch his name
