On top of this sabri keeps persisting with grabban who misses a sitter again. Uses him as captain when he clearly isn’t on.
Of the signings bought in though I can’t say I’m overly impressed with them so far. Arter... poor and the Fulham fans say the same. Blackett is shocking. Christie doesn’t look any better than what we had. Colback has again been very poor. We seem to be wasting money on another gk when we had 2 and a youth with good potential... but no let’s waste wages on another who won’t play because once sabri has a favourite they won’t get a look in.
Let’s not put too much stall against what Laws says. He demonstrated throughout today’s game that a decent player does not necessarily translate into anything approaching a knowledgeable pundit.

Christie was Ok second half when under no pressure and had a great shot but check out his jump against Martin for the second goal. Completely unacceptable to be beaten like that.

Cursed we are. I look at the match again and can’t understand what we were doing first 20 minute then at 2-0 we start playing. Granted their goalie gets the MOM award. The save off mighten was top drawer.
Match ratings
Samba: 6 - blameless for goals but rooted to his line on crosses since derby
Christie: 6- a really good second half but shocking lack of physicality for their second
Men soh: 5- Blackett will get pellets but he doesn’t hold his position for both goals
Blackett: 4- bring back figgs- yes that bad
Ioannou: 7 MOM. Quick strong and put in some decent balls
Arter: 5 spoke better after the match than he played.
Colback: 5 bad game but never stopped- not helped by the twat with the whistle
Ameobi: 4 very poor
Mighten: 6.5 credit to him - unlucky not to score and always looked forward
Freeman: 6 great goal but probably thinks what the dock have I signed up for for a year
Grabban: 3 - 2 sitters and worst captain we have had
Subs
Taylor: 6 average
Sow:4 clumsy
Da Costa: what is he? Not a winger, not a striker...what was a he?

Colback is clearly the new scapegoat then, maybe its just anyone that plays DCM. So what did he do that made you think he had a bad game?
We're all watching the same screen, he plays a position that is often not on screen and does a lot of off the ball work. So not sure how everyone has decided he was so bad. I remember one shit decision by Stroud that stopped a break and a couple of other interceptions.

No scapegoating here - McKenna was a huge loss today. But was comical that daws had to go and warm up to coach the back 4 for 10 minutes whilst pretending to warm up. He should have played.

Grabban a 3 but Taylor a 6? Did you see the chance that he missed?

I dont like to pick out individual players after a loss....but ex Sheep don't count until they've proved themselves a red..
Sheep fans said Christie is OK going forward but crap at the back. It seems that for once Sheep weren't talking g crap. Only a couple of games worth of evidence, but he really looks like a poor mans Matty Cash!
