Derby County - Nottingham Forest

The quality of performance continues to improve - if I think back to that dire 0-0 against Barnsley just a few weeks ago then you can see the difference

Still need work to do, particularly in final third but that will come.

At the end of it all would have taken a draw - if we can beat Luton then that will be 10 points from this crucial four match period before we take on the top sides. Our position is much healthier and our performances much more positive.

Agree with this...

I don't think any side will be looking forward to playing us at the moment.

Have to say that our signings this January have been far more shrewd than the previous January.

Hopefully we can get to 50-55 points as quickly as possible and start planning for next season under Hughton.

Hodge. 'Indefensible.'

On the defensive error.

Derby were poor.

Our best window and our best loan signings in a long time. Amazing how much of an impact two players have had.

Knock' was on fire tonight. Cafu. So re-signing him and making Cafu permanent and transferred to his preferred position was prudent business.

And the signings of Garner and Krov' have clearly linked the midfield to the attacking third.

And Murray has disrupts the opposition's back line. Show us what we've been missing.

All told. A quiet revolution of a January transfer window.

Be great if Hughton can keep January's loans. And build on that in the Summer.

The team spirit is great. The team piled on Garner for the goal.

It's one of the reasons I am now optimistic about next season. I'm hoping Hughton, with his track record in this league, will be able to really push on and with fans back in the stadium (hopefully) , a more normal schedule of games and a full pre season then things are looking good.

Also looking forward to playing the likes of Norwich, Brentford and Watford to see how much we've improved and how far we are off the top sides in the league. Hoping we rediscover our knack from last year of beating the top sides and results against those sides would be an added bonus at this stage.

Positives
We didn't lose

Negatives
We didn't win -when we deserved too.

Too gutted to add much more tonight, too emotional because of who we played against.
