He really is a strange character though. Countless stories of very strange behaviour and the way he conducts himself can be damaging to clubs...
I do get the other side though. He does tend to get results - he just wouldn’t even consider taking the role in my opinion after the Watford debacle - he’ll be walking into a similar structure here...
