For me this encourages the player-power somewhat.
Carva may be a good player, but no player is bigger than the club. Christ I remember having conversations about Stan Collymore not being bigger than the club, a 20+ Prem goalscorer who could rip Man U's defence to bits. That's a player who I can understand folk getting on the manager's back for dropping, not a kid with 4 goals to his name who disappears when we need him the most.
Club can't revolve it's entire game around Carva. He's too inconsistant & easily bullied. I question whether MON is right to drop him, but he's more of a Raddy than a Collymore, and in no way undroppable.
