There is a world where they come to some kind of arrangement to punish them and kick them out of the Europa League but let them play in Conference League.

Definitely not the most likely outcome but maybe 10% chance I reckon.

They can't one of the other owners owns shares in Bronby.

They can, Palace would qualify for conference above Brondby as they won a higher ranking competition. So Brondby would miss out.

Thought it was based on league positions of the clubs with shared ownership rather than how they qualified, which is why Palace would lose out to Lyon in the Europa League. Brondby also finished higher than Palace so it's Palace who'd miss out. That's my understanding anyway.
