Nottingham Forest Football Club Limited has applied for a premises license under the Licensing Act 2003, the application concerns Hart’s Restaurant, located at Standard Hill, Park Row, Nottingham.
On the documents dated 2 February, the club intends to reopen the restaurant to offer a high-quality dining experience, similar to the previous operation.
Crazy
Why crazy.. Genuine question?
The demand isn't there.
Commercially it makes no sense.
Makes a lot of sense to me. Harts has an excellent reputation if a bit dated now. However Im not talking about just as a restaurant, its the conference and event facility it has, have used it many times for work.
The club has nothing suitable itself if they want to put on an event such as last week’s race and equality conference. Harts isnt that big but can put on small high quality events under the club name.
Needs some updating definitely but why not have an option the club can use within the city? Doesn’t have to be at the ground.
Think its a clever move myself, we lose far too much money compared to almost every other Premier League club in commercial revenues.
Reputation for what?
The restaurant has been dead for years.
It’s not exactly going to be a prime location match days so how is this imaginary revenue created?
