I’m interested if anyone on here at all can make a case for Ange staying? Does anyone on here want him? Not that it looks terrible or he needs more time but those that actually believe he is in any shape or form the right fit going forward.

What is happening right now is identical to the transfer window, its all about the excitement of something new, splash some money, its not ours we don’t care.
Is the something new better than we have already We don’t care again because its new and shiny and we want it now!!

The social media glorification of the manager situation is horrific, lets sack the manager, brilliant! Will it be any different when we do that? Don’t care!
What will we do if we don’t like the next bloke either? Cry and scream until we get another? The need for instant gratification is just unbearable.

I don’t think that’s the case with Ange. People have seen his approach and the results for the last 2 years. The Europa cup win puts a gloss on but the teams they played put it in perspective and the performances in them showed the flaws which saw them plummet in the league. Spurs did far
worse than the squad were capable of under him. And we’ve seen it continue here. He’s lost 30 out of his last 49 premier league matches. This isn’t a knee-jerk reaction to 7 matches.

I have no idea as to why we appointed Ange in the first place, I have seen no semblance of a plan as to how we play, its the same every time just a mess/shambles except for about 15mins in our 1st game in the Europa. We hired him because he has Greek heritage and is friends with our owner. There is no other reason than that as he was terrible last year & would have taken Spurs down if the promoted teams hadn’t been so poor.

As much as I like what Marinakis has done for Forest, he has completely messed up with this appointment. The sooner Ange PosteNoClue is gone the better. There is only one way we will go with Ange as our manager and that is down and relegation

Seeing posts on Twatter about how people are going to celebrate if Ange is sacked, obviously with a personal insult and expletive thrown in for good measure.
Then the next sentence saying if Dyche is the replacement how outraged they will be and would probably do some sort of protest if they ever left their bedrooms or had visited the CG once in their lives.

How did we suddenly become so unbearable as a fanbase?

No I am not.

Absolutely admire your optimism Sniffer and am aligned with your position re Ange but ARE you enjoying the football? I'm not attending games with the prefixed attitude that I'm gonna hate every minute, I want to enjoy the football but there is little to enjoy in what I've seen under Ange with the exception of some of the first half against Betis. 

I absolutely get the 'enjoy it whilst you've got it', 'we've been a long time gone and we may fall back from grace at any time' attitude. I attended the home European games under Frank Clark in that same manner, but I was fully on board and bought in with the Club and the manager at that point.  However the owner is preaching 'we're gonna get this every season' which I am sceptical of but a lot have bought into, and then he pulls the rug with the departure of Nuno and the appointment of Ange. We have not been such a shambles since we returned to the Premier league as we have under him (in my opinion). I'm glad you are enjoying it, but I and others are struggling and worried. Wish my glass was half full like yours
