Exactly Wassy.
It's amazing though how the forum is much busier when we lose or when we sign a so called shit player or something.
When we are winning or when certain players are playing well and proving to be good signings nobody wants to know.
Strange that ain't it?

Another thing to look at, is those that were relegated 2 of them were 6 and 11 points safe at the time so maybe a little too early for us and Derby etc to be too complacent when it comes to the bottoms three.
Barnsley’s fortunes this season are remarkable, considering it’s our fault they’re still in the division in the first place!

After 33 games in 2018/19 season Aston Villa had moved up the league and were 7 points behind sixth.
Tomorrow after 33 games Nottingham Forest COULD move up the league and will be 7 points behind sixth.
I am not getting ahead of myself at all but it's an interesting stat isn't it?
Reading and Bournemouth are vulnerable. They haven't got the form of the top 4. There's two places up for grabs if any team outside the top 6 really wants it. The currently leading candidate to crash the top 6?
You have Cardiff and Mick (incredible manager bounce and look odds on to take Bournemouth's place), Warnock's Boro' (they've had a wobble), Barnsley (who had their 'Cool off') and Forest (who've lost 2 in 14 league games) that are showing any form. Cardiff are consistently winning. Forest are consistently not getting beaten.
Forest are two wins behind Cardiff just about. A win for Forest puts Cardiff in reach. But Cardiff under Mick won't be standing still.
The Derby game is another 'season defining' game for Forest. It would put Forest on 42 points. And climb several places again. Good for the team's every growing confidence if the goal celebrations against Rotherham are anything to go by.

what is a mid table team? a definition based on proven scientific analysis doesn't exist
winning games and rampaging up the table could be exciting, are you saying 'excitement' should be banned?
a proven by product of unfulfilled excitement is wrist slashing, this is 1 thing that has been proven, it is the COYR's crowning glory in the field of psuedo psychological social science, after many, many experiments based on the observations of sports professionals running around kicking a ball and collating the supporters behaviors
Come on, if there is a time, this century, this season to get excited it is today and tomorrow, this is a once in a 100 year thing, this could be something destiny defining over our most hated adversary
How much of damper do you want to put on it? How much should the excitement be ramped up?
A win against Derby that actually means something, could propel 1 team towards the dizzy heights and the other towards misery even involving promotion and relegation
Maybe this game is worth emotional input?

Sniffer can you get some more emojis to use on the forum? I really need one scratching his head and looking baffled.

24 places.
Top 8. (Pending.)
Middle 8. (Forest are now, after clawing their way up, here.)
Bottom 8. (Where Forest spent most of this season.)

Going to be a tough game this one both teams in good form and very evenly matched. Derby games are always tight and this one looks like it will follow suit with so much on the line for both teams. A win for either team will pretty much remove all fear of relegation and depending on other results over the weekend could bring hope of a very late and sneaky bid for the play off’s.
Personally, I think I would take the point if offered it right now and be delighted we have got 4 out of the last 6 available.

It always makes me laugh how tin pot Radio Derby becomes in the run up to these matches.
Alot of the comments are incredibly childish, they are currently all knocking one out as Rooney referred to us as "Notts" Forest. This always makes me smile as far from getting upset about it i think it just goes to show the ignorance of the person using it - if you are a professional broadcaster and can't get a teams name right you need to have a look at yourself.
If you are a professional broadcaster and deliberately getting a teams name wrong in the name of "Banter" you also need to have a look at yourself.
Radio Nottingham always come across professional in this respect, particularly with the fairness of the commentary.
First the points and then the pints….

They are low class. We shouldn't be surprised by it.
