Playing 3 centre halves against a bottom side speaks volumes really. It's like bringing on a extra centre half against yeovil in the playoffs. Need to be positive.

Poor team selection
Half hearted attitude, thought the job was done, thought we were better than we are.
Negative approach to an important game, played for a draw
Disrespectful of opposition who needed a win
Wrong tactics and substitutions even when obvious plan was failing
Conceding a late winner.
Lots of similarities with Yeovil there.
Its the whole catalogue of failings, not just a poor performance, which is why many of us are so disappointed and angry.

He could easily have brought Ameobi on and taken Dawson off and changed the formation back to the tried and tested that has served us so well. I just think he wanted Dawson on the pitch to see the point home.
