I normally prefer the idea of a cup run and to play as strong a team as possible...
However, I think we need to rest awoniyi and elanga at least this time round. We really need them to stay fit as long as possible for our prem survival.

Some people have been suggesting Murillo play as a CDM and it may be that this game he has to. Taiwo will have to play and hopefully we will be in a position after around 60-70 mins to replace him with Osong. Elanga and CHO could play half each with Williams playing as a winger and even use Tavares as a winger if needed.

Yep probably gonna have to play Danilo and Kouyate unless we go to a 3 at the back.
And play Danilo and Gibbs White.

3 matches in 6 days? I’d love a cup run but I just don’t want to risk it. We can’t lose Awoniyi or Elanga to injury again. Or Gibbs-White. Injuries can relegate us. Maybe it’s a Monday morning thing but I say play the kids instead.
