Player Of The Season? - Paplane - 08-04-2022
Obviously much too early for us to be deciding this for certain but this is going to be a huge dilemma this season.
Spence - simply brilliant
Brennan - 15 goals so far and a massive influence
Davis - simply brilliant and has pushed us to another level
Garner - Looking excellent in our midfield
Yates - Upped his game and now scores goals
McKenna - a man mountain who's consistently excellent
Wozza - a massive motivational force
Colback - classic Colback is back and he's seamlessly slotted into LWB
Bong - Encouragement from the sidelines and makes a nice cup of tea at HT.
I could go on....
I haven't made my mind up yet. It may be that just one good performance or winning goal in a big game pushes one of these players to the top of the charts. It's almost unfair to make an award.
Thoughts....

Pap, if we get promoted this season I would give a SQUAD award as no individual would have been greater then the team!

I have, at times, been his biggest critic (and for valid reasons) but for me it’s Ryan Yates.

I would go Brennan as I think he'd be the player we'd miss if he was taken out of the team. I think he provides the attacking threat and scoring 20 goals potentially as a winger/striker would be an impressive achievement.
You could make an argument for any one of those others strongly though. Maybe this is what having a good team feels like?!

Is Somebody going to start the Forest Manager of the year thread? The candidates are:
Steve Cooper
Chris Hughton
Its a tough one. Steve has done well but a lot has to be said for the foundations laid by CH and the team he brought together.
I imagine the vote for this one will be pretty close.

Well Steven Reid had a 100% record to be fair so I vote for him.
