RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - Mcforest - 02-12-2020 One day we will have a shot on goal. RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - willdared - 02-12-2020 Baby steps.. looked solid throughout.. arters frustrated me tonight. Not that hes played badly but he's slipped at least 4 times in the final third... Did he forget to wear studs? Thought cafu got better as the game went on.. composed on the ball, can break up play and has a decent engine on him If we can remain solid at the back they can work on attacking and creating chances... RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - wassy04 - 02-12-2020 Thought that was solid, liked the formation, liked cafu, figs had a good game. Welcome back Joe Worrall, now just need to score a goal. Hopefully grabban is back soon and remembers how to score by then RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - Salvatore Matrecano - 02-12-2020 Thoroughly deserved point and again cant fault the effort. Downside, no shots on target all game and never really looked like scoring. RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - Username - 02-12-2020 Thought Worrall was class tonight and Figs wasn’t too shabby alongside him. The concern is Knockaert, 9 games now in a red shirt now and he doesn’t look like recovering his form of a couple of years ago. At times today he was a liability defensively, really leaving Christie exposed, his work rate has been poor and his body language is often negative, waving his arms around like a petulant child. Please give Mighten a chance. Not with big Joe back in the side. How badly we have missed him. Immense. RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - ozzyten10 - 02-12-2020 I am going to defend CH here. We needed a clean sheet tonight and whilst we didn’t create we stopped Watford from having hardly anything in our box. Throwing a young sub on whilst I get the clamour was not the right option. We need to build confidence back on a solid foundation. Midfield looked better tonight with more balance. Yates did well screening and arter lots of running but well done to Cafu. Figgs also deserves a mention as I thought that was his best game for a very long time... It's got to come soon, sheer weight of the law of averages says keep him there..surely...... Not sure I agree with the work rate part, I've been impressed how much he gets about the pitch actually. Still looks our most dangerous player (not saying much though) Solid cameo from ameobi when he mis-kicked the ball out of play RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - JollyLolly - 02-12-2020 Cafu MOM for me with his forward runs from midfield that what's been missing this season, we looked better with Worrall at the back be good to see him alongside McKenna RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - PsychoStanleyStone - 02-12-2020 big improvement, far more purpose and belief in each other, committed high press, the crossing has improved and generally showing signs we have some very good players Man of the match: Tobias Figureido RE: Nottingham Forest - Watford - wassy04 - 02-12-2020 (02-12-2020, 10:46 PM)zicorice Wrote:(02-12-2020, 09:45 PM)ozzyten10 Wrote: We all know what is coming... we will concede a shite goal then huff and puff whilst they pick us off for a second... Now get Mckenna back and we can start attacking |
