RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 20-04-2022 So congratulations to Fulham who are the first team promoted to the PL this season. No go and win the league on Saturday. Will next season be the one? Or will he never be able to make that transition I think it is different player by player. Some seem to thrive in the higher league, some it's a step too far. Maybe more a mental thing than ability? Definitely. They have a record to go for too.... goals scored. They are now within 10 of when man City went up. Just as long as they score them all against Bournemouth..... Will next season be the one? Or will he never be able to make that transition I reckon he will do well next year, not 40 goals obviously more like 15 but that would be good enough to keep Fulham up, they will have a much better manager than they did last time in the PL which will help, suspect Silva has worked on his game. I guess there are some similarities to Grabban who never made it in the PL too but I think Mitro is a bit better all round than Lewis and he has clearly upped his level. RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 20-04-2022 No Forest players in the Championship Team of the Week after beating West Brom 4-0. No one likes us we don't care. In all fairness it did turn into a practice match in the 2nd half. RE: The Championship 2021/22 - zicorice - 20-04-2022 Think Mitrovic will do fine next season. Wasn't Scott Parker the manager in prem? Say no more. How the hell do Stoke, a bang average midtable club for the past 4 years end up with a squad costing 145 million? What hell awaits them? |
