One option at CH gone!

Still waiting on a response from the Premier League regarding the appeal for Cook.

Need to get through next 4 games.
At present Niakhate, Toff and Yates the only options.

After international break McKenna and Kouyate will be fit.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Aurier was back for next weekend.

Lodi too.

Also Shelvey has played CH before, he even did it for Newcastle at Anfield. Not ideal of course but if needs be.

I would argue a status quo preserving 2 points would be better for us than our opponents.

Sorry injuries thread

On the other point, suspensions our only one at risk is Wozza on 7 yellows.
If he collects 3 more over the next 9 games he will get a 2 game ban. Thats a big ask to stay clean but hopefully we get 1 or 2 returning before that happens.

One week already passed so if it's three then he will be back for Spurs his old club. Sure he won't want to miss that one.

I think he will be back next weekend

Disappointed to see Yatesy not involved yesterday, hope he's able to get back for next weekend. Our midfield has massively dropped off since he's been out.

Me too. I thought/hoped he'd be good for the last 20 mins but sadly, no.

It’s not just Yates the player we miss.

He makes those around him better also.

Rice wouldn’t have ran the game as he did yesterday with a full fit and firing Yates.

Yeah definitely this is what I was thinking. Think he'll compliment Shelvey really well too.
